Comment: Ok, when I saw the term dangle - I thought that they dangled - but they are really stationary. That kind of disappointed me, but they are still very pretty and look quite nice when they are on. They are not too heavy - but they have a weight to them, enought to know they are there. I'm glad I purchased them and will look to see what the company offers in the future.
