The loaf was so big that I ended up slicing and freezing part of it. All I had to do was take a slice out, wrap it in a paper towel, and defrost in the microwave. And it still tasted fantastic!!

No - this DEFINES the latter.
Seemingly handed down from Mt Olympus, I do not know it's equal.
Being so iconoclastically good, it deserves a category of it's own.
Do yourself a favor and try this grainy-textured treat soon!
