Described as "amazing", "chocolately", "sweet without being too sweet", this dessert has even won over fans who don't like cake! Even more notable is the fact it is made with pure fair-trade organic cocoa from communities on the Equator, uses no nuts, no soy, no rice or rice flour, no eggs or dairy of any kind and yet The Vegan Chocolate loaf still manages to be light, moist and one of our most popular items. In all the place this cake was introduced it was a consistent hit - no one has ever noticed that it is gluten free or vegan.

But I'll spill the beans anyway. Don't think just chocolate, think dense, lush, devils food. Smooth,deep,moist, and complex.
