Comment: I love Rachael Ray but this knife was a lot bigger than the paring knives I was used to. All in all it is a good knife and I do use it.

Comment: I really expected an excellent paring knife from Rachel Ray, but this one is about like all the others I have. It works fine, but is certainly not unusually sharp.

Comment: If you are planning to replace this with one of your pairing knives that came in a furi set, do not order. The quality is not the same and it will not fit in your knife holder that furi supplies. It is ok as a knife on the side to use but not the quality that furi normally puts out. In fact the color is not even the same as it has a slightly off color handle compaired to the sets. Would I order this again. No.

Comment: I agree with other reviewers that these knives are not of the same quality as the paring knife that comes with the set, but they are also not the same price! For the price, these knives are excellent. They are very sharp and so far have kept their edge. If you are looking for a REALLY good inexpensive knife, this one will fit your needs.
