Summary: 2 Separate ones won't Charge-DEFECTIVE
Comment: I am sure that this wasn't normal but the odds were against this Bluetooth headset. I owned a black h800 and LOVED IT but it accidentally got washed in the laundry so naturally I wanted another one. I saw the stylish silver one and ordered it. When it arrived, I plugged it in to at least 10 different outlets and it would not charge and the indicator light would not turn on. I sent it back and got a replacement thinking this was just a fluke. The 2nd one arrived today and I plugged it in and THE SAME THING HAPPENED!!
For the same problem to happen to two different silver h800's is highly unlikely so I think these are just part of a bad lot of them. I love motorola and am now ordering the BLACK H800 in hopes that it will work properly.
Just wanted to let you know so you don't go through the same thing that I have. Maybe this was just a completely random thing that it happened to me twice, but you just never know...

Summary: Works good, but a little uncomfortable.
Comment: I really like the way this headset works. It's easy to use & has no background noise. People don't even know when I'm using it. It is uncomfortable on the ear after about 10 minutes. I don't think I would buy another one.

Summary: Defective units
Comment: I would love to have reviewed this headset, but both the original headset and the replacement (both sent from Amazon) would not charge either with the charger, or with the USB cable. Based on comments from the web, this is not an uncommon problem.

Summary: The only Buletooth I'll ever use
Comment: I'll be the first to admit that I'm not a big fan of the bluetooth headset. I have never had one prior to this one that I've liked and I've used the H850 The H300 and the 750, all of which I gave away to friends and family. None of them ever fit well, I hated wearing them so they spent most of the time in my pocket. This one is different; it comes with two ear hooks so it doesn't irritate from being too big or too small. The slider part is the best feature, if I don't have it on my ear I can just press the button and it connects my call just like that ( if your worried about it accidently connecting there is a lock on the top). My only conplaint is the distance, if I walk away from my phone it starts to get fuzzy, so I have to make sure to keep my phone with me but that's cool. The battery life is well beyond what I expected I only charge it about once a week. This is the only bluetooth that I have no plans on giving away.

Summary: Great Blue Tooth for the Money
Comment: I bought this for my son for his Motorola KRZR cell phone and it works fine. The H800 sync' d up quickly, it connects quickly to the phone once you hit the button and the little slider comes out, and the clarity is more than adequate. This one is actually pretty good in the wind too. We don't like the headsets that have the ear piece that goes INTO your ear, we find them uncomfortable, this one has 3 different ear hoops to fit different size ears and it sits snugly up against your ear. It's solidly built and I think this one should last 12-18 months with no problem.
I've had a bunch of these headsets and none of them is perfect...not even the Jawbone. My theory is to buy genuine Motorola headsets that are 6-12 months old, buy them at half of their original price, and use them till they quit.
I paid $36.99 with free shipping directly from Amazon ....and it is definitely worth every penny.
