Summary: really dislike this gadget
Comment: When I first purchased this I thought it was reasonable for the price and amount of time I would be using it. Now that I've used it for a few months, I've come to dispise it. I find it has poor sound quality for both callers and myself, but the electronic beeps that indicated a call is ended, etc are painfully loud and clear. The ear insert doesn't fit my small ears and the assembly falls apart easily when you are trying to ajust the fit. I've had to pull the car over and fish around under the seats of my car several times to find the parts to reassemble it. The multi-function button is stiff and difficult to use. I'm already looking for a replacement.

Summary: Ergonomics good, sound quality not good
Comment: We bought the Jabra BT125 and the more expensive Plantronics Discovery 610 about 6 months ago. The Jabra has better sound quality and volume for both listening and talking, but the Plantronics fits better and is more durable. It fits tightly in the ear canal and has a durable wire over the ear band that is comfortable. I find I have to keep fiddling with it to get a tight fit it my ear canal so I can hear well. The Jabra rides loosely on the ear and the ear band broke after several months of use. 5 new bands cost $7+$4 shipping = $11. I prefer the Jabra, and my wife prefers the Plantronics. If possible, try on the Jabra. If its looseness doesn't bother you, go with it because of the better sound quality and volume.

Summary: Great fit for small ears
Comment: This is a great product for those who don't like the ear pieces wrapped around their ear. I bought the Plantronics Voyager 510 which worked great except for the fact that I couldn't get it to stay on my ear - slightly heavy and bulky. I was fiddling with it so much that it became more dangerous to have it on than holding the actual cell phone. My friend recommended this b/c it goes directly into the ear. Fit great - there are three removable ear pieces to interchange. Works great. I haven't had anyone have any problems hearing me. I called their tech support and you get a live person which was great. Both plantronics products that I bought were great but this is the best if you have small ears or don't like things wrapped around your ear.
Volume button and on/off button is easy to navigate and accessible.
B/c it is small, I suggest getting a small cheap pouch (or even a ziploc bag works!) so you don't loose it.
Highly recommend!

Summary: Mostly Pro, a couple of Cons
Comment: For the most part I love my 610, I love the rubber earpiece and lightweight, comfortable feel (I forget I have it on half the time), I love the sound quality, I LOVE the ability to use the SYNC voice dialing with my Palm Treo 750. The price was very reasonable, and I like that it warns me when I get too far from my phone. I do have a couple of comments tho... I too have gotten disconnected in the middle of a call for no reason, but a push of the button reconnects... and the charger connector on mine broke off pretty easily as well. It goes right back on, but I'd rather not have to deal with it. I use the ear hook because I have very long hair that gets tangled around it and I'm afraid it will get caught, fall out and break...but even the ear hook is very comfortable. All in all, a great product.

Summary: Good for the price
Comment: Picked this up for $30. Works well, especially since it has no noise canceling circuitry.
