Comment: Callebaut is superb dutch processed cocoa for both baking and ice cream. The taste surpasses other cocoa powder I've tried before. If you want a great tasting dessert that uses dutch processed cocoa, use this cocoa powder. It is not much more expensive that the store bought variety when you break down the cost per pound.
