Not sure if it works for sync'ing with PC with factory software... hasn't for me but I believe it's a PC setting issue and not a data cable issue.

used it with my LG CU500, just plug and play, showed my phone up as mass storage, which was even easier

really short cable though, only like 3 ft.

Comment: It's been 34 days since I ordered this item. An incorrect cable was sent and, over the last 3 weeks I've been trying to get the correct cable. Still haven't received it. Most annoying is the 4 emails I've written to the supplier that were ignored.
