Summary: No More Mice
Comment: We have a 130 year old farmhouse which was often visited by mice. One year we trapped 22 mice with the old fashion wooden mouse traps. This year I was catching about one per day. A friend told me about this product and after hours of researching and reading reviews I bought two of the units and just pluged them in on separate floors. I left 4 of the old mouse traps baited and set. It's been a little over a month and I have not seen or caught a single mouse. I no longer have to feel bad about killing mice and cleaning up the mess daily. If you read and follow the instructions this product works like magic. I will be buying two more for the barn to see if it will chase away the bats.

Summary: Pesticator is a miracle product
Comment: I bought my first Pesticator from Global Instruments about 18 months ago. I purchased it in a hardware store out of desperation. We live in a country setting and mice were getting into our 2100 square foot ranch style house. The only one who liked that was our cat who was killing two to three per week.
I have tried the acoustic mice repellers that emit high frequency audio pulses and they did not seem to do anything for my problem. Once I plugged the Pesticator into an AC outlet, within three days all mice were gone and I have not seen one or heard one during the last year and a half. The Pesticator that I just purchased was a gift for our son and daughter-in-law. They had mice getting into their garage and between their cats and traps, were killing about one per day. Since using the Pesticator, they had some activity for two days (As stated in the product literature) and nothing since.
This product really works. It is simple and causes no interference to TV or radio, but drives mice crazy.

Summary: Great product
Comment: My family and I moved into an older house 5 years ago that was infested with bugs and insects. Having a small child, I didn't want to use pesticides so I ran across one of these in a drug store. I purchased it and still have it plugged in. Our pest problem diminished within a few weeks. We did have to sweep up dead bugs for a couple of days. It evidently sends out a high pitched frequency not detectable by humans or pets such as cats and dogs. You can actually hear the pitch when you unplug the device for a brief moment as it decreases. I actually "googled" the device so I can purchase more for a larger home that we are moving into. I would highly recommend this product! Oh, and by the way my husband is an electrician and also believes that this product ran away our pest problem.

Summary: Yet Another Quack Device
Comment: I would never spend the money one of these things costs, but I was lucky to come across one for free, and was curious as to how it worked. Because when you plug it in, it doesn't make any noise, vibration, or anything. All it does is flash a red LED on and off, that's it.
So I decided to open it up and see what is on the inside. Having a strong background in electronics, I had to laugh when all that was inside was basically a small coil and a circuit to make the LED flash on and off.
I did a search on the internet, and I see there has already been complaints against this product from the Federal Trade Commission.
I associate with squirrels and wildlife on a daily basis. I pluged this unit in outside on the deck when the squirrels came up for a snack, and they paid no attention to this device, even when placed under thier food dish with an extension cord while I video taped it to show to others how ridiculous this quack device is. I found some spiders and insects outside and placed the unit next to them with the traveling extension cord, and the same thing, they could care less about it.
The worst part is that there are only about $2 - $5 worth of parts on the inside, and they charge around $40 for it?
