A traditional French pork sausage with Herbs of Provence. A chipolata is a type of small thin sausage from the United Kingdom. Chipolatas are normally made from coarse-ground pork seasoned with salt and pepper together with such herbs according to the particular recipe as sage, thyme, pimento, and/or nutmeg. The name is derived from the Italian word cipolla, meaning "onion". This "All Natural" product is guaranteed free of antibiotics, hormones, preservatives, artificial ingredients and nitrites. Animals are fed with the purest natural feeds (No animal by-product).
