Summary: Not bad
Comment: This is my first headset, I've had it about a month and I don't have too many complaints about it. I read all the comments and reviews before purchasing this item so I was aware of the situations people were having with the headset so I've kept all of it in mind. I haven't experienced any problems with the charging or the charging adaptor, I've used my battery charger twice and I haven't had any problems with it, I don't have any problems with the headset losing connection, no one's complained about me sounding like I'm on speaker phone, and I don't have any trouble with the headset staying in my ear. However, as other reviewers have noted, I can't travel too far from my phone without getting a severe amount of static (I have to stay within maybe 3 or 4 feet of my phone), the noise cancelling feature is close to non-existent, and although I haven't had any problems with my charger, I would prefer it to be a direct connection rather than an adaptor (personally, this is just an extra piece for me to keep up with). I can't comment on the voice dialing feature because I haven't attempted to use it but all in all this headset serves it's purpose. I would purchase again and if you're looking for something to hold you over, this definitely does that.

Summary: Palm Headset Dissapointing
Comment: I have a Treo 650, and wanted a headset that paired easily, didn't lose the connection constantly, and had good sound quality. Considering that this is made by Palm for the Treo, I assumed it would be the best choice. Unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. The cool-looking metal case is basically a throw-away, the piece that the headset must fit into for charging is just another small piece that can be easily lost (why can't you just plug a charger directly into the headset??), and the bluetooth pairing is constantly dropping.
It is relatively easy to use, comfortable, and the sound quality is ok - though not that impressive. The rubber earpiece is constantly falling off as well.
For the price I guess it's not a bad option, but if this is the best Palm can do I'm pretty underwhelmed.
I guess this goes in-line with the Treo itself in my opinion...underwhelming.

Summary: Fine Headset
Comment: After a bad experience with another Palm headset model I took a chance and bought this one. I found it to be much better: light, confortable, nice reception and easy to set up and use. It works quite well with my Treo, although it could have better reception at times and the earpiece could be better designed for it has a tendency to fall out or stay inside your ear. Besides that I am pretty pleased with this model.

Summary: Very clear and light.
Comment: This bluetooth works great with my Palm Centro. It is very clear on both ends and has great battery life. I have trouble keeping it in my ear, even though there are three different size plugs, however I haven't found any that feel any more secure than this one.

Summary: a great device
Comment: it works very well with my palm centro except the advanced feature of being able to hold the button for two seconds in order to voice dial a number does not work. I am not sure if the phone does not support the function or if it is something else but it isn't a big deal to me. If I figure it out I will write a new review but other than that it works great and especially at that price. I recommend using the earloop as without it the device does stay in your ear, however you are not able to position the mic so that it points forward. It just slouches pointing toward your earlobe. With the loop in place you can adjust it however you like and it feels very secure.
