Summary: Threadmill belt lub.
Comment: My threadmill started to drag and slow down,So I lubricated it with
Silicone spray Lub.from the hardware store. No good because it has a oil mixed with it and the problem got worse. I tried all kinds of Lub.
and nothing worked. So I cleaned the oil off the belt with alochol and
purchased 100% treadmill belt lub. With one application the threadmill
ran great and after three months it is still running fine.I have enought
Lub. to last me for years.

Summary: Treading carefully.
Comment: After buying a very used treadmill we were advised to obtain a silicone lubricant for the belt/platform. The old machine was not as 'slick' as it should have been, making groaning sounds as it progressed. Using Amazon as a search and select instrument we settled on LifeSpan silicone treatment. With two consecutive days' treatment, at nominal cost, we had a silent, efficient treadmill worth walking with. If I had to recommend any changes in the LifeSpan it would be an angling sprayer to allow convenient lubrication. But the prompness of Amazon and effectiveness of LifeSpan put us back on the road again!

Summary: Easy to use, no mess
Comment: This was purchased for our home treadmill and we haven't used any other treadmill products before, so no comparison is possible. It was easy to spray, didn't drip or puddle, and has made an improvement with the belt's noise. I'll keep using it and re-purchase when we run out.

Summary: Works Great
Comment: Same old problom with most squirt bottles...They tend to suck air when they are used in the horizontal position. The product works as advertised and I would highly recommend it.

Summary: it lubes
Comment: It's a lubricant, and it's made of silicone. 'nuff said.
No, but really, I can't say I noticed a difference with the treadmill after I put it on, but being that it is a lubricant, it certainly can't hurt the treadmill. I used about 1/3 the bottle to lube up the undertrack portion below the belt. So depending on your treadmill size, you should get around three uses out of this product before it runs out. I'd buy it again when the time comes.
