Comment: This was an as needed heating pad that has worked great. It's big and it has served its purpose well. Works great on a sore neck/back/menstrul cramps. Women this is definitely cheaper than buying the therma care pads at Wal-Mart ($12 bucks for three pack)!

Comment: This pad was purchased for an elderly woman with arthritis.
She is very pleased with it, due to the fact that it warms up quickly without getting so hot as to be uncomfortable and because she can operate the simple controls easily despite having severe arthritis in both hands.

She also likes the fact that it comes without the automatic shut-off timer that many heating pads have.
The size is good for larger areas such as an aching back or using for both feet at the same time.

Overall it performs well and is an excellent value for the price.

Comment: I have one thing to say, "Where's the heat?" I turned it on to high for an hour and it barely heated up. Would never buy again. Returned it. Only good thing is Amazon has a very good return policy.
