Comment: Makes great coffee, I do not leave the unit on to keep the water hot but turn it on about 15 minutes prior to putting decanter water in to brew coffee, saves on the energy.
I would have rated this a 5 but Bunn websight boasts that their coffee makers are American made (box says Canada)
I value purchasing American made products. Amazon service fantastic as always

The ease of purchase was a plus and the best part was that it came with free shipping. I love this coffee maker and would purchase it again and recommend it to others.

Comment: This is the 3rd Bunn Coffeemaker I've owned in the last 8 years. The first one was given to me as a gift, and I've been hooked ever since. I can't imagine waiting for more than 3 minutes for a fresh pot of cofffee ever again. I don't care for all the fancy machines out there with all the buttons and gizmos. Who needs all that nonsense? Give me a reliable, fast, and easy to use machine, that's easy to maintain and makes a great pot of cofffee to use everyday,and I'll be a happy camper for life!

Comment: i wish I was able to give this a 1/2 star, this is the most worthless coffee maker I have ever bought. You end up spilling coffee 90% of the time when you try to get it in your cup. Found you have to lift the lid just a little and then pour. The burner does not seem to keep the coffee very hot at all, I usually have to microwave it for a little bit to get it to the right temp. I would not waste my money, very disappointed considering that its a Bunn.
