Summary: Don't compare to Professional Dental Device
Comment: I've had problems with grinding my teeth for decades. I used to have a professional mouth piece that a Dentist fit and ordered for me. It was great. I lost it a while back and since I don't have dental insurance anymore, I tried this. I ended up grinding my teeth into this one at night. It really doesn't compare to a professional piece.

Comment: you get this plastic thing you have to heat up and mold it to your shape with in 30 seconds, and you get one shot,
cannot be done, go to your dentist if you need one done

Comment: My teeth, my jaw, and my quality of sleep are much better now that I have a cost-effective option to manage my bruxism. I have suffered quite a bit of tooth loss over the years between custom guards. After losing my last 2 custom guards during a household move and on a business trip ($500 and $700 - ouch!), I tried this product in desperation late one grinding night, without even going through the "forming" process. It was a bit loose but worked fine, so I used it the following night and found that within 3 or 4 nights the guard had formed itself comfortably. I will order several more to have spares for travel.

Comment: Just what needed. Good fit. Good price. Welcome nice night sleep. Got used to it in a few days. This is the second one I get. First lasted for several months. Totally satisfied with the product.

Comment: Since there are two night guards in this product it is really good for two people. One for a person with a smaller mouth the other for the person with the larger mouth. The product is a little thick in your mouth, but with use it becomes manigable. My dog ate my $200 night guard from my dentist and I needed a quick fix. This product worked just fine. If you are looking for an inexpensive way to help with clenching or grinding this product is a great buy.
