Comment: This is a great dance mat! Instead of those ridiculous stick-on things that are supposed to make it stay in place on the floor (which don't work), it has a textured bottom so it stays in place on its own. It worked fine with my PS2 and DDR game, plus the shipping was prompt.

Comment: After purchasing DDRX for my daughter, I quickly realized that it would be a LOT more fun if we had 2 mats. I searched locally & no one had them in stock. This is an inexpensive solution, so that the whole family can play together! The mat is different than the mat that came with the game, but it works just the same. We have had NO problems!!

Comment: I received this dance mat at the beginning of July and after using it once a week since then for 45 minutes, one of the buttons is sticking or not registering pressure. It's cheap for a reason; spend the extra cash and get a better dance mat that will last more then 4 months.

Comment: For some reason, with the email demands being made by Amazon.com, I feel the need to clarify the star ratings I have given to the Dance Dance Revolution Flash Pad, even though I simply wanted to drop by, leave a star rating, and continue onto something else.
Anyway, onto clarification.
The toy, from what I have seen, brings about much enjoyment, but nothing revolutionary.
There's a lot of jumping around and the memorizing of techno pop songs, however none of these songs contain math problems or history lessons. Yet, there must be something said for the hand to eye... or rather eye to foot coordination going on.
The toys purpose is to be jumped around on, therefore it is probably made to withstand this. I don't want to sound cynical, but the business side of me asks, "for how long."
Overall, the toy did what it was intended to do, provide hours of ludicrous fun dancing and jumping around.
On a further note, it was a gift for a college graduate, so I wasn't too concerned with its educational impact.
