Summary: best phone i've used
Comment: I've had a fair share of nextel phones and the blackberry 7520 has been the best experience yet. The batteries on them drain a little quicker than other nextel phones, but that is to be expected considering how much the blackberry does. That can be easily fixed with an upgrade to an extended battery which will give you about another day of battery life. In my opinion, this phone receives a better signal than other phones I've had and I rarely ever drop a call if my phone shows I have a signal, no matter how strong of a signal it may be. I don't think I'll be getting rid of this for a long time.

Summary: As a phone 0 stars, as email 5 stars
Comment: What to say. I have had cellular phones for nearly 20 years. Bag Phones, Bricks, Flip Phones, but none of the relics could compare to this piece of junk PHONE.
Touch any button while trying to answer or use the phone and you will disconnect. Try to end a call, opposite result. How many friends have told me "Heard you shopping at Costco"
Ringer - Damn near impossible to hear. Genius response fron NEXTEL " Oh yeah, those aren't very loud. Can I help with anything else"
Battery runs dead quick. Once you plug in, 10 to 15 minute wait until PHONE has enough power. Total hassle if in a hurry.
EMAIL DEVICE - No complaints. Actually can open mail that OUTLOOK will not open.
SUMMARY - As a phone, buy some string and two tin cans. As an EMAIL device, pretty good. (Sure there is better by now!)
