Summary: If you are looking for good flexible cutting mats/boards, check these out!
Comment: I had to replace my original flexible cutting boards, and the 4-for-3 deal and other reviewers' comments convinced me to choose this set.
We are quite happy with these cutting boards. They flex just fine for our cooking needs (and flex just like my old mats). We hand wash & store the mats on their sides with our skillets.
They took a little longer to ship from Amazon because they were back-ordered. Priced well, they were worth the wait.

Comment: I use these just about every time I cook... I put two of them together, to protect the counter, when I am preparing ribs for grilling. And I use them when just chopping vegetables. They do show some wear from the knives but overall, have held up well for $7. I've always hand washed them, never put them in the DW.. as I figured they're too thin/flimsy for that.

Comment: I wanted to wait until I had used these for awhile before reviewing them, based on the other reviews I had read. After more than 7 months I still like these as much as I did the day I got them. Our household sees less cooking than most..only a few days per week. We also do not use a dishwasher, but these are easy enough to hand wash. They live on the counter, between appliances and are out of the way, yet easy to grab. As another reviewer mentioned, I also use them to freeze items individually before packaging them up. I especially love that one board is designated for onion/garlic so that other foods do not pick up the aromas. Flexibility depends on what you were expecting. I can (using two hands) roll it up enough to put what I have chopped into the pan, but not into a funnel shape.
Bottom line - I am happy with these and will be buying more when these need replacing.

Comment: they are durable but if used daily will be worn out after a year...but at this price you can replace them and not sweat it. We use them for everything and they DO protect counters without anything else underthem...they wash well, and as I said before the price is right....enjoy
