Summary: The first and still the best
Comment: I listened to PP&M's music growing up, but this concert, the first of several concerts aired by PBS, is still the best of them all. It includes all the classic songs for which the trio is justly popular, as well as several songs from their then current album. I remember sitting and watching this cincert with one of my parents when it first aired, and we watched many times thereafter. Even though it was used a VHS, I found the picture and sound quality to be excellent, and again my only gripe is that is not on DVD. This music is good for both the mind and the soul, and I highly recommend it.

Summary: Great Music!
Comment: I respectfully disagree. I like this fully as much as the Christmas special. P,P, & M show the ways in which their music has developed ovrr 25 years, while including the classics for which we love them.
Includes Blowin' in the Wind and If I Had a Hammer, Leavin' on a Jet Plane, and of course, Puff the Magic Dragon.

Summary: The Holiday Concert Is Better
Comment: With this video you can experience the music of Peter, Paul and Mary featuring some of their hits. However, I enjoyed their Holiday Concert 1988 much more. It had both holiday and non-holiday music. It had a wonderful holiday spirit. This 25th Anniversary Concert 1986 just doesn't reach the inspirational and quality level of the Holiday Concert.
