Summary: A Great Adventure
Comment: The story starts off a bit slow, but once you get into it, it's really a great little film for the entire family to watch. There's no cursing in it, no bad scenes and the acting is not that bad for unknown actors. The scenery is beautiful and it's just a great film about a family that's stranded on the Aleutian Islands that have to get off before winter sets in and a terrifying bear that's after them. Good family film to rent and/or to buy!

Comment: This is the best movie I have been wanting it for a long time, but was told that it was out of print. So I was on Amazon and typed in the title and found it, I wanted it on DVD but VHS will do at least I have it. My family loves the movie and it brings us together, plus it is a good clean family movie. The ratings nowadays leaves a lot to be desired, but this is one that you don't have to worry about. The movie is from 1978, still popular today. Another on I recommend is The Journey Of Natty Gann. It is a great movie for the family. God Bless!

Comment: I enjoy family movies and have been looking for the Robert Logan movies for a long time. After not being able to get them through any of my movie clubs, a friend went on line and looked the titles up and told me they were on Amazon.com. I should have known. Comment: I remember catching this movie in the early 90's on HBO. I have to admit after a while I forgot all about this movie, then for some strange reason I remembered it. I was so excited to find it again. As a matter of fact since purchasing it, I have watched quite a bit. I even showed it to my 5th grade class, who at first was against watching it. However, once they got over the fashions, they enjoyed it. When it was over, they clapped. So I guess in this day and age, a good clean movie can still make an impression. Watch this movie and share it with others.

Comment: This is the second of Robert Logan classic films who star in The Adventure of Wilderness family back in 1975. Robert Logan plays the role a farther who lost his wife and decide to take his girls around the on a ship. Along comes Nancy Kyes who's a reporter who wants to go along to write a story on this boat journey around the world. Heather Rattray stars in her role as Courtney Maclaine the daughter of the father. Heather after this goes on to star in Robert Logan other two films and Heather pick up a role on the Young an the Restless later on. As the journey begins they fine another person on the ship a little boy named Jesse (Cjon Damitri Patterson) who jumps on the boat as it's leaving the dock. The journey starts out smooth until dark comes and that's when start to go wrong. This is a great film that the whole family can sit and enjoy
